Autotype Plus 6000 Emulsion: A high quality emulsion supplied with diazo powder sensitiser. Handle Plus 6000 under yellow fluorescent tubes or low wattage tungsten light only. It is for use with water based printing inks (Permaset/Permaprint) and it has outstanding durability, giving extremely fine resolution and definition with wide exposure latitudes.

Autotype Autostrip Gel Emulsion: A white gel which is formulated to effectively dissolve and remove all direct emulsions such as Autosol WR. Its gel properties allow fast, even dispersion on the screen to minimise wastage. Ready to use, non-polluting and biodegradable.

AUTAS1 AUTAS1 *AUTOTYPE AUTOSTRIP DECOATING GEL EMULSION 1 Litre. Autostrip Decoating Gel is a ready-to-use gel used in screen printing to remove all direct photo stencils (such as Autosol 6000) from screens. It is a fast-acting solution, especially effective on difficult stencils and is applied with a brush to both sides screen mesh. After removing all ink from the screen using a screen wash, allow the gel to sit on the stencil for 3-5 minutes to dissolve the emulsion. It is critical to never let the gel dry on the screen.
